Harlequin has been in existence since the mid seventies and began their recording careers in New York at The Record Plant with Jack Douglas, legendary producer of John Lennon, Aerosmith, Cheap Trick, Blue Öyster Cult, The New York Dolls and Patti Smith to name a few.

They have toured across North and South America to great reviews and appreciative fans.

They still enjoy major airplay on the radio and are featured prominently in many a classic rocker’s music collection.

If you’ve never seen a Harlequin show you owe it to yourself to see why they are still around after more than three decades.

James Brose entered a few songs he co-wrote with George Belanger for the Harlequin II project into the 2013 UK Songwriting Contest. Two of the songs, “Let Me In” and “Badlands”, were Finalists; three made it to the semi-finals and one was “commended”. See the official Certificates below.
